If you have children, trying to keep to a schedule is often a serious challenge. Even though they may not bother you while you are at an office, they will find it easier to bother you at home. You should be forceful and expect the time to do work unless there is an emergency. If you take a moment to clean up and straighten things out, you won't waste that much time. There may have been occasions for you where you wasted time looking for files on a computer.
