Custom Tree Houses Prices And Features

So many things come to mind when we see the phrase tree house. Children playing in a tiny clubhouse, or even one that looks like a castle. Children's fantasies come to life in their own little world in the height of that special place. But adults can have their own custom tree houses made as well. Away from or even as their main living area itself.

The structure is placed high on a living tree and depending on what the customer wants, may have a bridge, ropes, a hanging rope-stair, or even a slide. It can be any shape, form a birds nest to a boathouse. According to the size and height of the tree or trees, it be extremely high o even on the ground itself. But the higher the house, the more expensive due to the need of stronger and longer ropes and cable bridges. But whatever the case may be, they can make it a dream come true.

The first step in the process of building one is to contact your local builder. You need to help them see how you want it to be built by sketching or showing them for example, a picture of the vision of what you want. You also need to note the types of trees your structure is to be built on and make sure they are sturdy enough to hold.

They can create a redesign and estimate the basics based on the measurements, drawings or pictures of the piece to be built. They can even give you a 3D plan to use as a better visual aid before constructing.

The next thing to do is to design the actual structure, somewhat of an architect's type of job. Therefore, you need someone to go to the actual site and affirm the measurements and if they will actually hold the structure. The height may or may not fit the profile of the project either so it is important to bring a professional with you when confirming the location and height of the development.

Next you need to sign the contract and close the deal. Depending on whether you want a simple clubhouse or a 1500 square foot luxury living space, the prices may range from $5000 (dollars) to $800,000. The costs also depend on what state or where in the world you are located as well.

Last but not least is the construction, the part you have been aching for. You want to make sure that before the actual construction starts the expert carpenters and architects have taken a look at the location and tree structure. This is as a safe inspection as well.

They might offer you a partial service if you would rather do it yourself. They can be contracted only on the first steps and then they give you the tree attachment bolts (also known as TABs) and the advice on how to do it on your own. So although this might be much cheaper, it is highly recommended that when building a structure for a child's play house it be done by a professional.
